Terms and Conditions of Use
Client Report Generator

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Client Report Generator ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan users.
2. About the App
Client Report Generator is a monday.com board view app that allows agencies and teams to generate branded PDF project status reports from their monday.com board data. The App is built and operated by LifeDesign ("we", "us", "our").
3. Eligibility
You must have a valid monday.com account and the authority to install apps on your monday.com workspace to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you have that authority.
4. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App solely for your internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and monday.com's platform policies.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its underlying code
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App to build a competing product
Resell or sublicence access to the App
5. Your Data
The App accesses your monday.com board data (items, columns, status labels) solely to generate reports you request. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than operating the App.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content (logos, project names, client information) you upload or include in reports generated through the App.
6. Generated Reports
PDF reports generated through the App are your property. You may share, distribute, or use them for any lawful business purpose.
We do not review, retain, or claim any rights over the content of your reports.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
Process data you do not have lawful authority to use
Generate reports containing unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content
Attempt to access data or systems beyond your authorised monday.com workspace
Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its infrastructure
8. Availability and Uptime
We aim to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App runs on monday code infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform) and is subject to platform-level maintenance and outages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
9. Updates and Changes to the App
We may update the App from time to time to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. Updates are applied automatically. We will not make changes that materially reduce core functionality without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App — including its design, code, PDF templates, and branding — belong to Lifedesign. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
The Lifedesign name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Lifedesign and may not be used without prior written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, that reports will be accurate, or that the App will meet your specific requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lifedesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifedesign and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with monday.com's platform. Your use of monday.com is governed by monday.com's own terms of service and privacy policy, which are separate from these Terms. We are not responsible for monday.com's services or policies.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For significant changes, we will provide notice through the App or by email where possible.
16. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com workspace.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
Upon uninstallation, your configuration data stored by the App is deleted from our systems within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
